We offer a safe and caring environment for our clients to work through the details and complexities of their specific divorce. Our professional Mediators will facilitate and build the lines of communication between the parties as our clients are solely responsible for deciding the terms of their Agreement so that it ends up being a “win, win” for both parties. We offer creative solutions for your consideration, that are geared toward the specific needs of our clients and their families.
Divorce Mediation is known to save clients between 40%-90% of the cost of a litigated divorce, the traditional process where each party hires an attorney to represent their individual interests. In general, for a divorce, the Mediation process will take between 2-3 months depending on the complexity of the situation. Once the Mediation process is complete, we provide our clients with a Memorandum of Understanding which includes all terms of the divorce including but not limited to, a Parenting Plan, Child Custody, Child Support, Equitable Distribution and Alimony. Clients provide the Memorandum of Understanding to an attorney so that the appropriate documents can be filed through the courts in order to finalize the divorce.
